Rewards & Progress
Track your points, badges, and rank as you complete the Interactive Tutorial. Progress saves as you go; earn Training Complete when you finish the required modules.
PrimeTask's Rewards page shows the points you've earned, the badges you've collected, and the rank you're working toward - all from the Interactive Tutorial. It's not a game for its own sake; it's a clear, honest way to see how far you've come in learning the app. Every module you complete teaches you something, saves your progress, and adds to your total.

Rewards are about learning, not engagement
The only way to earn points and badges is by completing Interactive Tutorial modules. Points don't expire, progress saves, and you can replay modules whenever you want a refresher.

What you earn
Points come from completing steps within tutorial modules. Each step has a point value; completing a whole module awards all of its points at once. Your total points determine your rank as you move through the tutorial.
Badges are granted for completing whole modules. Every module has its own named badge - collect them as you finish modules.
Training Complete is the milestone that unlocks when you finish every required module for your license. Standard users earn it after five modules; Pro users earn it after seven (CRM modules require Pro).

Resume, replay, reset
Each module on the Rewards page shows one of four actions depending on your progress:
- Start - module hasn't been tried yet.
- Resume - you're partway through; pick up where you left off.
- Replay - already complete; run it again for a refresher (no extra points).
- Reset - clear your progress on this module and start over.
You can also reset all tutorial progress at once if you want to begin from scratch.
Replay when you've forgotten
If a tutorial module covered something you've since forgotten, replay it. Replays don't add points, but the guided steps are still the fastest way to re-learn a feature.
Where Rewards fit
Rewards is a thin layer over the Interactive Tutorial's completion data - the tutorial is where the learning happens, Rewards is where you see the record of it. On the website grid, Rewards is available in the sidebar navigation rather than as a hero category card.
Things worth knowing
Progress is per device
Your tutorial progress is stored with your PrimeTask install on this computer. Another device starts fresh so you can re-run the tutorial there if you want.
CRM modules require Pro
Two of the tutorial's eight modules (CRM Basics and CRM & Projects) require Pro. On Standard, Training Complete arrives after the five modules available to you. Upgrade and the CRM modules appear; the additional points and badges become reachable. See License Settings.
Progress only moves forward unless you reset
Points and badges don't accumulate passively - they come from completing tutorial modules. If you clear them with Reset, you can always earn them back. There's no punishment for starting over.
Reset is permanent
Resetting a module clears your progress on it. Resetting all progress clears every module and badge. You can always earn them back by running the tutorial again.
The optional Cleanup module is bonus
The eighth tutorial module (Cleanup) is marked optional. Running it earns additional points but doesn't count toward Training Complete - that's reserved for the required modules.
Common questions
"Why can't I see some modules?"
Modules unlock in sequence - finish the one before it first. Pro-only modules (CRM Basics, CRM & Projects) appear only on Pro.
"Do I lose points if I replay a module?"
No. Replays don't add points, but they don't take any away either. Your total stays where it was.
"Can I earn points outside the tutorial?"
Today, the tutorial is the only source of points. Points reflect learning, not daily activity.
"Does Training Complete unlock anything special?"
Training Complete is the honest marker that you've finished the required learning modules for your license. The reward is the knowledge you now have - and the badges to show for it.
"What happens to my badges if I upgrade to Pro?"
Everything you've earned stays earned. On Pro, the two CRM modules become available; earning those adds new badges and points to your existing total.
