Local-First Architecture
All your data lives on your machine. No cloud database. No server-side processing. Your tasks, projects, CRM contacts, and files never touch a remote server unless you choose to sync, through storage you pick.
Zero Telemetry
PrimeTask collects no usage data, no analytics, no behavioural tracking. We don't know what you do in the app - and that's by design.
Encrypted Storage
Your data is stored as files on your own disk, in an open format you can read. Turn on FileVault on a Mac or BitLocker on Windows and it is encrypted at rest with everything else.
Audit Log
An audit log of every command your AI agent or a link sends PrimeTask, with search, date filters and export, so you can see exactly what was asked and when.
Open Export Formats
Export everything to CSV, JSON, and vCard. Your data is never locked in. If you ever leave PrimeTask, take everything with you.
Nothing to Sign Into
Once PrimeTask is activated, you never sign in to use it. No login screen, no session that expires, no connection needed. Your account holds only your licence, never your work.
