Ask it to triage overdue tasks, build a project, run a focus session, or draft CRM outreach. The server runs on your machine, read-only by default, and every action is written to an audit log you control.

Native two-way sync with Apple Calendar and Reminders. Add a reminder from iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Siri and it flows into PrimeTask. Calendar events sit beside your tasks in the Day Planner, and you can turn any event into a task. No extra cloud account, no API tax.

Moving from another tool? Export to CSV and the import wizard maps your columns, flags duplicates, and drops everything into the right Space. Todoist and ClickUp have built-in paths, and any tool that exports CSV works too. Your whole backlog, no retyping.
